Hotel a Bridge City

“Clean room, plenty of hot water. ”

“Rooms smelled like urine, pillows are lumpy and it is a loud location due to the traffic.”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”

“The Casino was fun, did no win, but had lost of fun! The drinks inside the casino were not the besy, but the restaurants are infront of the casino. The room was clean and staff is friendly. ”

“Perfetto per chi vuole fare una sosta viaggiando tra Houston e New Orleans. La struttura è nuova, pulita e collegata direttamente con la super strada. Colazione compresa, che in usa è insolito. Consigliato!”

“The outside of the hotel and lobby were decently nice. However, my room was atrocious. The top lock had been ripped off, the door to the adjoining room didn’t lock and they had pushed a desk against it. Shower was covered in scum, dust and grime on doors and floor. Stuff on the floor, stained sheets. I told the staff I couldn’t not stay here for the duration. They did offer another room or to make sure that no one stayed in the adjoining room….. but at that point, as a single woman, traveling...

“Check in was quick and easy. The room was what I wanted and was clean. Coffee was good in the morning.”

“Buon Hotel sulla strada Interstate10 verso Est, buona l' accoglienza. Ottima la colazione, con frutta fresca e piatti caldi dolci e salati. Buon posto tranquillo di sosta per altre destinazioni. Camera veramente grande e pulita.”

“Bath tub finish looks like. what applied due to either cracks or blemished finish. Remote for TV did not respond to any selections. Ceiling fan did not work.”

“The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, the few staff that answered the phone the following days weren’t very helpful. I had left my name/number for a callback and never received one. The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place.”
